Salvage

Items can be salvaged for common and rare crafting materials. While certain items you collect along your journey will be marked as "salvagable, highly salvagable, precious, etc", many items that are not marked are indeed salvagable. Such items include weapons, artifacts, and most items that have a gold value. Oh! And when you purchase new armor, remember that you can salvage your old armor (you cannot salvage or sell your original armor) for the upgrades that were previously applied!
